Memorial Markers can include your loved one’s name, dates, a special message, and a photo. Following your purchase, a Guardian Angel Hospice staff member will contact you to collect the information and photo for your marker.
Memorial Markers will be displayed along the walk during the Starlight Stroll and are yours to take home following the event.
