Mission Statement
The mission of Guardian Angel Hospice, Inc. is to provide quality palliative end-of-life care. This includes provision of emotional and spiritual support for patients, families, caregivers, and staff. We will provide education to the community regarding end-of-life issues and available support services. These services will be provided without regard to age, religion, race, gender, illness, or ability to pay. Guardian Angel Hospice, Inc. is governed by our core values of excellence, integrity, commitment, teamwork, and community.

Our Values
The following values govern the activities and attitudes of all those who are a part of Guardian Angel Hospice, Inc. These values are not meant to stand alone, but instead as an integrated whole with each value of equal importance.
Excellence ~ Responsive to the needs of those we serve, we vow to be the standard to which all other organizations aspire to imitate in the areas of our caring, expertise, and professionalism.
Integrity ~ We uphold the very highest standards of honesty, fairness, and appropriate behavior. Honoring the dignity and spirituality of the individual and family, we maintain and promote privacy and confidentiality specific to the needs and wishes of each patient in their own situation. Our sincere and moral position is simple, “We treat others the way they wish to be treated.”
Commitment ~ Guardian Angel Hospice, Inc. is dedicated to serving communities with an emphasis on end-of-life care. Through open and clear communication, we establish a course of direction and positive growth as we deliver services to those entrusted in our care. We pledge to maintain a stable presence in the communities we serve.

As a team, we are astute and responsive to the needs of patients, families, and communities, continually seeking to establish new relationships to enhance our support of end-of-life care.
Community ~ We base our services on the dynamic and diverse needs of our communities valuing their opinions, thoughts, questions, answers, wishes, concerns, and problems in an environment of public stewardship that validates and rewards community support, gifts of time, and additional resources.
